German M37 Lufftwaffe Paratrooper helmet early model with the vent holes. 

This M37 helmet version has the wartime upgraded with a later liner, the original vent holes have been used as if it were a M38.

The original rivet holes are no longer used.

Size 71 shell.

Only the Eisenhüttenwerke Thale (ET) factory made Fallschirmjäger helmets, late war M38 helmets have the CKL stamp instead of ET.

Three German WW2 paratrooper helmet types are know. The M36 (ultra rare), the M37 (rare) and the M38 (common).
