GERMAN WWII SS M42 HELMET WITH SINGLE SS DECAL REPRODUCTION
The M42 Helmet was designed by the German army in 1942 as a result of wartime demands. The rolled edge on the shell was eliminated to expedite the manufacturing process and reduced the amount of metal used in each helmet.
This German M42 helmet has been aged and restored to look like a war relic and comes complete with a high quality reproduction M-31 liner and M1931 leather chinstrap.
The M1942 SS helmet has been repainted in green with a worn/distressed finish complete with a very high quality late SS decal to look like a combat worn M42 Helmet as used by the German Waffen SS on all fronts.
The helmet is 18 gauge steel with razors edge like the original.
