VINTAGE CANADIAN MILITARY RIGGERS PARA POCKET KNIFE MAKER MARKED

This is a vintage MS Ltd. XX Canadian Military Riggers Para pocked knife.  The tang of the knife is marked MS LTD. XX.  The MS stands for Metal Stampings, the subsidiary name for the Case factory. The XX is the Case XX stamp common to Case knives.   It is also Canadian "C-Broadarrow" marked.  

This is steel sided blade and can opener.  Looks like it has been modified as the Marlin spike has been removed and filed down.
