The M25A1 gas mask has a built-in integral microphone with cord and coupler plug. Has a clear plastic lens embedded in the butyl rubber face of the gas mask and comes with a canvas carry bag, an olive drab hose with mounted filter canister and anti-fog kit. These chemical-biological masks were special masks for the crews of armored vehicles.They protected against a chemical and biological attack in the form of vapor or aerosol agents.They could be hooked up to the vehicles filtered air system or could be used alone.
