These are great little solid steel military grade metal tie-down hooks that fold down when not in use. 

Great for anything you want to attach a rope, chain or hook etc. too. 

The base is approximately 3 inches wide X 2.5 inches high.

This Parts kit, Federal stock No. 2540-782-7226, has been banded together with Universal Tie-Down kit, Federal stock No. 2590-053-3628. The Anchor Assemblies only, contained in the Universal Tie-Down kit. The Anchor Assemblies in this kit will be used. The Universal Tie-Down kit will then be installed in accordance with TB 9-2300-280-30.
