GERMAN WWII WATER POLICE SPORTS SHIRT INSIGNIA

This is an excellent quality Bevo weave of a police style eagle in blue on white background.

The front features a beautifully detailed rendition of the wreathed eagle and swastika Polizei emblem, in light blue thread (indicating Water Police) on a white background.

All of the original thin white backing fabric is still present. The back of this Water Police Sport Shirt Insignia shows details of the machine weaving.

This patch is really nice, clean and crisp, with full original color.

There are no holes, stains or other damage, and no signs of wear or of ever having been sewn to anything.

There is only extremely slight age toning to the white fabric.
