This Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (DRK) Schwesternschaft pin has a maker mark on the back of Ges. Gesch. 

This is a fine example of a German Red Cross “Active members” enamel badge with the wording “Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Schwesternschaft”, German Red Cross Sisterhood.

A lovely rare early badge. Excellent condition.
