This commemorative German N.S.D.A.P. tinnie is tin-based and bright gold toned.  

This shield shaped tinnie depicts an illustration of the famous 'Köelnner Dom' and eagle-/swastika-device flanked by the text: 'Kreistag Köln 1937'

These commemorative tinnie were intended to commemorate an event at the regional level (ie. 'Kreis'- ie. 'Bezirks'-).
