I was told it was manufactured in 1947 and made on the same R.S.RUDOLPH SOUVAL equipment as wartime medals

Two rivet construction. No markings. Pin-back construction. Gold gilded wreath and silver-washed eagle. Has a centrally placed diving Heer eagle which is surrounded by an oak leaf wreath and is below another Heer eagle that is holding a swastika in its talons.
