THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST DRAGON FIGURES EVER MADE

The Oak Leaf originated with its introduction as background design in Blurred Edge.  Later, it evolved into a separate pattern by the addition of two colour tones.  The fact that most of the material printed was destined for use in Blurred Edge and Plane Tree fabrication, therefore articles produced were scarcer than their counterparts.  The Type B print was produced in later variations as a crude reproduction of Type A.  This unique pattern with its softer edges and outlined design became available by 1943.  The Oak Leaf was not discontinued with the introduction of the Dot pattern and continued production through 1945.
