CANADIAN WWII MK3 TURTLE SHELL HELMET - ORIGINAL
The MKIII helmet was issued to the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division (exclusively) and made their debut in combat during the D-Day landings.
The MkIII had a short production run, only some 500,000 MKIII helmets were produced before the helmet was upgraded to the MKIV.
This is a fully restored original ww2 MK111 helmet shell with the high rivets attaching the chinstrap to the helmet.
The shell has been repainted with a custom textured Khaki green paint like the originals
Comes complete with original Elasticized Chinstrap, reproduction liner and helmet net.
