This is a brown leather wristband worn by the Warrant Officer Class 2. It has the gold King's crown with laurel wreath badge attached in the centre.
Normally worn on the right wrist it is attached with two single prong buckles. Shows some wear but good condition.
A warrant officer is a member of the highest-ranking group of non-commissioned ranks.
