AMERICAN EUROPEAN AFRICAN MIDDLE EAST CAMPAIGN MEDAL

Awarded to members of the American Armed Forces for service at European Theater of Operations between December 7, 1941 and November 8, 1945

The medal's front shows a Landing Ship, Tank (LST) and troops with an airplane overhead. The back has the American eagle and the inscription, “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and dates, “1941-1945.”
