AMERICAN WWII 3RD ARMORED DIVISION SHOULDER PATCH - ORIGINAL

The 3rd Armoured Division also known as the Spearhead and unofficially nicknamed “Third Herd” were first formed in April in 1941. They were a heavy armored division that participated in fighting at Normandy and Europe during WW2 along with the Rhineland and in Ardennes/Alsace.

This authentic patch is approximately 3 ½ “ x 3 ½ “ and in good used condition with light wear. . It is tri-coloured - blue, gold and red - showing the number 3 for the 3rd Division along with a tank cannon and a bolt of lightening. All on a background of olive green.

This is a one of a kind item and you will receive the exact one photographed. This was picked up in Normandy this year for D-Day celebrations.
