Kingdom of Hungary - World War I 1914-1918 commemorative medal

The medal is of round shape, it is made of bronze (tombac). Inscriptions and images have high relief. The obverse of the medal is decorated with a Heraldic Rscutcheon with the two-barred cross and the crown of Saint Stephen, the Hungarian coat of arms laid on the swords in the setting of laurel and oak branches. The reverse is the image of Austrian Stahlhelm 1917 steel helmet, with the date “1914-1918” and the motto «Pro deo et patria» (For the God and Fatherland!).
