WW1 FRENCH POSTCARD VISE NOS ALLIES NO 6 HIGHLANDER

This is an original WW1 Emile Dupuis Nos Allies (Our Allies) No 6 (Series No. 6)  Highlander Londres 1915 postcard. Marked Vise Paris.   

The phrase “Visé Paris” (sometimes spelled Vise Paris or Visa Paris) frequently appeared on postcards printed in France during WW1, often on the reverse. The “Vise” mark means that the postcard is an official approved French Military issued postcard.   Vise can mean “endorsed”, “stamp” or “authorization”
