This is a  new, Union Officer's reproduction Kepi for Captain with brass general service eagle buttons. Made of navy blue wool, with a leather sweatband, chin strap and brim.  Brass chin strap buckle.  It is cotton lined.  Comes in Medium Large and X-Large.  The Medium is a 7 1/8, the Large a 7 1/2 and the  X-Large is a  7 3/4.
