AMERICAN M36 MUSETTE BAG

Exact replica of the 1936 Musette Bag. The musett bag was never officially issued as a backpack however many soldiers used it in place of the unpopular M1928 Haversack. Made from Khaki cotton canvas and stamped with US on the flap and dated 1942 maker mark R.B.Hanson MFG. Co.

It's designed to be used with the M36 suspenders and provides a much easier way to carry your gear than the standard haversack. This is made from the correct heavy canvas and the correct OD color.
