Rental rates for 2012 are 2000.00 € per week, (including cleaning) plus electricity.  Linens are optional with an additional charge. There is a washing machine and dryer on the premises along with a clothes lines for drying.

Rentals are by the week.  Check in is on Sunday.  Check in at 3 p.m. and check out at 10:00 a.m.

Small pets are allowed and there is an additional 40 € charge per week.

During the summer months we do not rent for partial weeks.  During the winter months it maybe possible to rent for a partial week.  The minimum stay though is 4 nights.

We accept Cash, International Money orders, European Bank Transfers, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.  Please note that if you chose to use a Bank Transfer or  Paypal there is an additional charge you will incur as both the Bank and Paypal charge additional fees to accept funds.  These fees would be your responsibility.

• You will need to make a 800 Euro non refundable deposit per week (You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, Paypal (for Paypal there will be a Paypal fee applied to cover costs),  European bank  transfer  (there will be a bank fee applied)  International Money order)  this amount will then convert to your damage deposit upon arrival.

• We will send you a rental contract

• You will have 10 days to send back the contract signed

• You will pay the FULL amount of the rent at any time up to 10 days before your check in

• Full rental amount including linen and cleaning must be paid 10 days prior to arrival

• You will receive your deposit back, less electric charges, in the mail 2 weeks after your departure

Please note that once you have made a deposit your week (s) is reserved, this deposit will also be held (non-refundable) if you wish to cancel.   If you wish to cancel we recommend you underwrite cancellation insurance in the event of unforeseen circumstances.  

We will then use your deposit and convert it to a damage deposit upon  your arrival.  You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the property during your stay.

Full rental payment is due 10 days before your check in date.  No exceptions.  Cancellations of any sort will not be accepted once full payment is received, regardless of the reasons, as unfortunately we would not be able to rent the property again for that period on such short notice. Only if we are able to rent it to someone else during that period will you be issued a full or partial refund depending on the rental circumstances.

The deposit you have given will be settled and returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure, less costs of electricity.  You will bear any responsibility for loss or damage to the property, or anything in the property, during your stay.  The costs of which will be deducted from your deposit.
