All items ordered on our site are ordered on a fully secured site.  Using SSL and advanced encryption technology safeguarding your personal information along with your credit card information.

How to use the shopping cart.  When you find an item you would like to order and the item is listed as in stock then you click on the "ADD TO CART" button beside the listed item.  This will bring you to our secure site.  The information for this item will automatically be added to a shopping cart for you.  Once you have added one item to your cart you may continue shopping until you have completed your shopping session.  Once you have completed shopping you may check out from within the shopping cart screen or you may select the "Check Out" button in the upper right hand side of the web page.

The full list of items you purchased and the applicable costs.  If you order multiple item your shipping charges will always be reduced from the costs indicated at check out time.  

Once you are ready to check out you will be required to complete an order form with your personal information and payment information.  

Payment may be made by Mastercard, Visa Paypal or Money Orders.  Personal checks are not accepted.  Orders placed from locations outside of North America maybe required to pay by Money Order only.  We reserve the right to not accept  Mastercard and Visa orders for outside of North America.    Notification will be given to those requiring payment to be made by Money Orders only.

All credit card orders must be shipped to the Credit Card holders address only, we will not ship to addresses other than the Credit Card holders address.  Due to security policy and fraud prevention with Visa International and MasterCard International, we MUST ship to the verifiable billing name and address as it appears on the cardholders' statement. We will take the proper steps necessary to ensure information is correct.  

If the billing address does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification.  

If you regularly ship orders to an address other than your credit card billing address, we ask that you contact your credit card company and ask them to list the address as an alternate address on your account.

Payment by cash may be submitted, but we assume no responsibility or liability for non-receipt. Sending cash in the mail is at YOUR RISK.

For payments made by money orders  - orders will  be shipped 5 working days after payment clears if item is in stock.

Payments made with Mastercard or Visa -  orders will be shipped within 5 working days if item is in stock.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DISCOUNT SHIPPING:  When ordering a number of items on the website at one time the shipping prices go down with each item.   Shipping charges will reflect the actual shipping costs. 

This means multiple item shipping is always reduced!  We reduce the shipping charges when we manually process the Credit card order even if your shopping cart order says a higher shipping charge!

Shipping charges are listed in the description of each item.  These charges are to Canada or the United States only.  Regular Air postal service may be used to reduce costs and is approximately 2 - 3 weeks for the shipment to arrive but we ask that you allow up to 6 weeks.   Please let us know at time of order which type of shipping you would like to use. International shipping charges will be higher and are based on actual costs.  (See below for more information)  

Shipping if by Priority Courier takes approximately 5  business days, from date of shipment, to arrive within the U.S. and Canada only.  International orders: Shipping times are longer for international orders. 

International Shipping:  If you are outside of Canada and the U.S. shipping costs will be more than those indicated on the website and in your shopping cart invoice.  We will adjust your credit card transaction to reflect the actual shipping charges.  The following are the International small package rates. (Usually we send shipment in more than one box when it is over 2 kilograms. It is still cheaper this way than shipping in one box.)

• Up to 2 kilograms is $16.00 US for Sea Mail
   

• Up to 2 kilograms is $37.00 US for Air Mail
   

• Up to 1 kilogram is $12.00 US for Sea Mail
   

• Up to 1 kilogram is $24.00 US for Air Mail
   

• Up to 500 Grams is $13.00 US for Air Mail
   

• Up to 250 Grams  is $7.00 US for Air Mail

Regular air postal service is used and is approximately 3 - 4 weeks for the shipment to arrive but we ask that you allow up to 8 weeks.  Sea rates maybe used to reduce costs and is approximately 4 - 6 weeks for shipment to arrive but we ask that you allow up to 12 weeks.  Please let us know at time of order which type of shipping you would like to use.

As this site contains Authentic Militaria and Reproduction Military along with new items such as books and toys return policies vary slightly on the item you have purchased.  Please see below in this section for additional policies for the type of product you have purchased.  Please note that if you are theatre or film company we will not allow returns of any type.  You may inquiry about our rental program instead.

DISSATISFACTION, MISREPRESENTATION OR DEFECT:

In the event of dissatisfaction, misrepresentation or defect  money will be refunded on receipt of goods returned on the basis that the item must be returned in its original warehouse condition and the packaging or boxing must not be opened or damaged in any way.  Notification of dissatisfaction must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. If after 3 days you have not contacted us, we will assume that you are happy with your order, and it cannot be refunded.

Custom order or custom made items:  No cash or credit card refunds will be given on any custom made items or custom orders. If it is possible for us to exchange with our supplier then we will also allow exchanges of your item.  Once your item is returned you will receive an exchange credit that may be used on any other purchase on our website.

Returns are not given due to factors such as your misunderstanding of our policies regarding pricing, currency, or shipping and handling, returns, etc.

You may return the order for a refund, minus costs and shipping, provided the item is not damaged or tampered with and is returned in "as sent" condition.  Refunds are issued only upon return of orders.  Any shipping charges incurred by the purchaser for return will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  Refunds will be given only on the purchase price of the item no refunds will be given on any shipping costs incurred to ship the item to you.  

We do not accept returns via COD or billed to Military Tour in any way.

We can not accept any responsibility for items that maybe confiscated, held, or lost by customs or government agencies at your country, due to laws prohibiting the sale or entry of certain goods.  It will be your responsibility to ensure that goods ordered are eligible for entry to your country. If goods are held it will be your responsibility to claim them and have them returned to.   It will also be the responsibility of the customer to complete and/or pay for any applicable paperwork. duties or fees required.

Any refunds made will be credited in the same payment manner and currency as the original purchase.

AUTHENTIC MILITARIA

ITEMS LISTED UNDER AUTHENTIC MILITARIA ONLY, COME WITH A GUARANTEE OF ORIGINALITY.   THERE IS A 30 DAY INSPECTION PERIOD.   

If during the 30 day inspection period  you have doubts about the authenticity of the item you may return it for a full refund.   A detailed description of your concern is required, along with any backup you may have. 

Policies for return are outlined above.  The item must be returned in its original condition. 

LOST ITEMS

In order to reduce shipping charges not all items are insured when shipped.  If you require insurance please notify us so we can let you know of shipping costs.  Please see the shipping section for information regarding shipping times.  It is very rare that items get lost in shipping.   They usually do arrive sometimes slower than we anticipated  but they do arrive.

Usually shipping problems are due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses.  Please be sure to list your name and shipping address accurately when ordering as we can not be held responsible for lost or misplaced items sent to inaccurate shipping addresses. 

If for some reason your item is lost or misplaced please contact the office.  We will put a trance on the item.  If the item can not be found we will reship your item out to you or we will issue you a refund.  Depending on the circumstances you will be issued a full refund if the lost package was due to an error by Militarytour or the Post Office and we will assume all costs.  If the lost package was due to an error on the order form by the customer then only partial refunds will be given for the products and no refunds for shipping charges incurred.

Privacy is important to us and we respect your need for privacy.  Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed.  E-mail addresses are collected only for the purpose of contacting you in the future. We WILL NOT share your e-mail address with other companies or individuals.

Credit Card information is collected through our secured shopping cart using SSL.  Credit Card information is kept strictly confidential.
