of FJR7 World War 2 German Paratrooper re-enactment
group
Our
unit portrays the elite German Fallschirmjager (paratrooper) of WW2.
The FJ for short, had the nickname of "Grunen Teufels" or Green Devil,
and their motto was: "Treue um Treue" or Loyalty for Loyalty.
FJR7
was organized as a re-enactment group in the summer of 2006. The
members of FJR7 came from other well rounded units including other
Fallschirmjager units, Luftwaffe Ground Division units,
Gebirgsjager(mountain troops) units, Waffen SS units, and Wehrmacht/Heer
Army groups. Most members of FJR7 have been re-enacting for over
5years, and many of the unit members live in the Eastern PA area with
others from MD, NJ, NY, and VA
