K. Johnston's original oil painting of Kampfgruppe Kinstmann of the SS-Panzer Regiment 3 "Totenkopf".    Kampfgruppe Kunstmann was decorated with the Eisernes Kruez 1, the Nahkampfspange and the Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen.  This SS-Oberscharfuhrer is commander of Panzer "731" (Bundesarchiv)  on their way to Kharkov in 1943. Though the commander is tired and dirty he is happy about the course of the fighting.
